Hello dear friends and family
Im trying to keep it together but the emotions are starting to over take me, I will be leaving my mission this Friday, I fly from Halifax at 8:55 to Toronto, then to Edmonton and then to Kamloops, I land at 15:58 BC TIME, Im excited to see you at the airport!! this week ahead is super busy, from lesson to, farewells, YW, Temple, Mission home and home coming talk this Sunday. Life is been busy and it feels like its just about to get more busy!!!
Now I will like to share a few of the many things I've learned on my mission:
1. A greater understanding of the Atonement
2. The Love of my Heavenly Father
3. The challenges and steps I had to take to understand and accept the Gospel
4. that Heavenly Father has put people on my path to help me.
5. The importance of the temple and the blessings thereof.
6. recognize the Family I have received in the last couple of years.
7. A sense of belonging
8. My Purpose
10. To appreciate the programs within the church.
11. I learned that I'm worth it!
Now I better Stop before I spoil my talk for this sunday!
I know the Church is true, the Gospel is pure, my Savior Lives, my Heavenly father Loves me! I know the book of Mormon is the Word of Good and whosoever will read it with real intent "would get nearer to God by abiding by its precepts", My thankful for the blessing of the temple and for the chance of knowing of my heavenly fathers plan. This is my testimony, this is what has helped me and if you haven't felt that for yourself I will invite you pray to you father in Heaven in the name of Christ, to know for yourself.
This things I say humbly in the name of my savior Jesus Christ, Amen
