Another transfer has come to an end and now Im on my 7th Transfer, Sister Drew and I got the privilege to stay together for another 6 Weeks, we are looking forward to our upcoming adventures and stories,
The storm was ok, The winds were really bad but nothing that Fishing weights in our skirts cant fix, lol Im kidding, but I wont deny we have been close to try.
As we continue, Im starting to get to know the members a bit better, doing some personal progress with the young women, family history with some less actives and a lot other activities, this week is been fairly busy due to the holidays and exchanges we had with the others sisters.
My 1st Canada day as a Canadian Citizen was great we had a BBQ at the chapel and I volunteer to do manicures for 3 hours and my companion did some face painting, after we spend most of the day in the downtown area of St John's giving free Lemonade, This awesome couple own a super store and they let us set up in front of their store.
The winds in Newfoundland were crazy due to the storm, lucky no damages as far as we know, we got some traveling to do this upcoming week for training, In the bright side I got to speak some Spanish and some Portuguese!! but the most exciting was meeting someone from Cali, Colombia!!!
