March 24

Hello everyone, once again this will be a very short one but I thought I could share something from my mission, the weather in  the maritimes is a bit more tham what I expected, specially in PEI the winds are just out control, the snow havent stopped yet. Let me tell you is been a very cold month for me.

 In another news today we are going to Charlottetown with the senior couple, we are celebrating my birthday and my companions. so thats very nice of them for doing that.
in  Summerside the missionarios are assigned to do Visiting teaching and home teaching and this week I got to do mine and after the lesson Sister Hill (the senior missionary) mention something regarding my lesson. - are you living to your potential? I had to think for  a second and then I realize perhaps I been focusing so much in the work that Im becoming this senseless person, and to be honest I been losing my spark and I been hiding my talents, I have acquire some skills in the pass 5 months but Im forgetting about that spunky latina that I used to be.

I realize that been real mean more than what I thought and once this little chat with sister Hill concluded I felt a calming peace over me and I then realize all is well, Is ok to smile and have an accent is ok that Im not super good at memorizng scriptures, I too must trust thr Lord and his decision, Obviously he knew I can do something good in this area, I need to let my light shine and continue but this time just forget about been foreign . in the scriptures we read Now therefore ye are no more astrangers and foreigners, butbfellowcitizens with the csaintsand of the dhousehold of God;
Eph 2;19

I love the progress I made in the last area and not to mention all the things I learn, now each day we recite a lot of thing but this are 2 that I never heard before my mission and that I must use each day 1. the standard of truth by Joseph Smith and 2. my missionary commission by Bruce R. McConkie

“The Standard of Truth has been erected; no unhallowed hand can stop the work from progressing; persecutions may rage, mobs may combine, armies may assemble, calumny may defame, but the truth of God will go forth boldly, nobly, and independent, till it has penetrated every continent, visited every clime, swept every country, and sounded in every ear, till the purposes of God shall be accomplished, and the Great Jehovah shall say the work is done.”

― Joseph Smith Jr.

My Missionary Commission by Elder Bruce R. McConkie

I am called of God.
My authority is above that of kings of the earth.
By revelation I have been selected as a personal representative of the Lord Jesus Christ.
He is my master and He has chosen me to represent Him--to stand in His place, to say and do what He Himself would say and do if He personally were ministering to the very people to whom He has sent me.
My voice is His voice, and my acts are His acts; my doctrine is His doctrine.
My Commission is to do what He wants done; To say what He wants said; to be a living modern witness in word and in deed of the divinity of his great and marvelous Latter-day work.
How great is my calling!

I love you all and pray that you and your families will be watched after, remember that by small simple thing we can make a huge difference. take care and remember to smile.

Love

Sister Jungheim
